Abigho Hope for Children

In the midst of losing friends and family to sickle cell disease, I find solace in supporting a close friend who is courageously battling this relentless illness. I witness the struggles firsthand, spending nights and days at the hospital, grappling with the harsh reality that in some countries, families with multiple children suffering from the disease face unimaginable hardships. While governments grapple with systemic challenges, the burden on these families is immense. Every moment is a reminder of the urgent need for compassion, support, and action. It is this profound awareness that drives me to advocate for change, to stand up for those in need, and to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals impacted by this cruel disease.
